Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: £130k - £140k per annum + EQUITY
Director of Software Engineering - Start Up - £130,000 - £140,000 p/a + equity + bonus
A dynamic client in the heart of central London are just hitting their growth phase.
They are working on a highly dynamic AI project that is due now for pre- release.
Due to the nature of the project, it is due to attract a major customer base which traffic of hundreds of thousands of customers expected.
To keep up with the demand you will be employed as a Director of Software Engineering and effectively be the first piece of the puzzle.
In your role you will ideally come from a developer background and have a demonstrated history of leading your team forwards.
In this first 6 months you will be hands on building the project out before stepping towards a recruitment aspect, bringing in 6 Java Developers to help bring the project on.
We would be interested in seeing candidates who are either in a similar position or looking to step up
